College Football may be finished, except for the Bowl games, but Saturday football is still here. So to quench that Saturday gridiron thirst, the NFL have a few Saturday games to satiate you.

Saturday Games:

(9-4) Houston Texans v (4-9) New York Jets

The Texans may have dropped a game to the Colts last week, but expect them to get back on track for this Saturday afternoon showdown.

(5-7-1) Cleveland Browns v (6-7) Denver Broncos

Denver saw their playoff hopes float away with their loss to the 49ers last week. Will they still have some fight left in them with little to play for?

The Browns on the other hand have been on fire. Led by the fiery rookie Baker Mayfield, this team is showing they will be a team to be reckoned with next season.

Sunday Games:

(3-10) Arizona Cardinals v (4-9) Atlanta Falcons

We knew the Cardinals were set to have this kind of a record, but not the Falcons. The Falcons will have a lot to think about come off season, especially given the amount of money being paid to players like Matt Ryan. But they can go into the off season with some momentum should they win out. But lose here, and there will be more questions being asked.

(5-8) Tampa Bay Buccaneers v (7-6) Baltimore Ravens

This is a crucial game for the Ravens. There are a number of teams sitting at 7-6 looking to leapfrog them into the playoffs. But it will not be easy, the Buccaneers showed they can play with anyone, even the Saints.

(5-8) Detroit Lions v (4-9) Buffalo Bills

I am going to officially label the Lions as the most underachieving team of 2018. Every week I have to try and guess which team will show up, and sadly the bad Lions team seems to show up more often than the “good” Lions team. When the good team show up, they show how dominant they can be. But the bad teams keeps people from wanting to take this team serious.

(5-7-1) Green Bay Packers v (9-4) Chicago Bears

This game could have been a marquee game that had playoff implications. After week 1, analysts had this game circled as the game to watch. Unfortunately the Packers did not live up to the hype. Win or lose, the Bears will still maintain their lead in the division.

(3-10) Oakland Raiders v (5-8) Cincinnati Bengals

The Raiders came off of an upset victory over the Steelers. They will be riding this momentum into Cincinnati. Question is whether the Raiders can find a way to continue that wave into the off season?

(8-5) Dallas Cowboys v (7-6) Indianapolis Colts

This is a crucial game for both teams. The Colts need this win if they want a chance at the 6th seed, a loss here will likely take them out of the running.

The Cowboys have a little more cushion, with them having two games over the Eagles and Redskins. A win here should clinch it for them, especially if the Eagles and Redskins lose.

(6-7) Washington Redskins v (4-9) Jacksonville Jaguars

Speaking of the Redskins, they are still in the hunt despite their misfortunes. If they could muster up a win against the Jaguars, they will remain in the hunt.

(7-6) Miami Dolphins v (6-6-1) Minnesota Vikings

The Dolphins were able to remain in the hunt after their amazing victory over the Patriots. Will they be able to continue that momentum into Minnesota, and rain on the Vikings chances at a wild card slot?

(7-6) Tennessee Titans v (5-8) New York Giants

The Titans will go on the road to try and keep their chances at a playoff spot alive. They will be facing a solid running game, thanks to rookie Saquon Barkley. That Titans run D will be put to the test, and failure will likely equal elimination.

(8-5) Seattle Seahawks v (3-10) San Francisco 49ers

This fierce rivalry has favored the Seahawks as of late. The Seahawks turned things around and are sitting comfortably in the 5th seeds, but they will need this victory to cement that playoff spot.

Game of the Week: (9-4) New England Patriots v (7-5-1) Pittsburg Steelers

The Steelers risk being eliminated from the playoffs. This (basically) is a playoff game for the Steelers, and they are playing the Patriots (who was embarrassed last week by the Dolphins). The Steelers will have to play their A game and some. They are about to be playoff tested a few weeks before the playoffs actually begins.

Sunday Night Game: (6-7) Philadelphia Eagles v (11-2) Los Angeles Rams

The Eagles have an uphill battle to overcome. Carson Wentz will be out for 3 months with a fractured vertebra, and they will have to rely on Nick Foles to beat the Rams and save their season. Now this is nothing new to Nick, as he led this team to a Super Bowl win last year after Carson Wentz went out. But this time the stakes are higher. A loss to the 11-2 Rams will eliminate them from contention.

Monday Night Game: 11-2 New Orleans Saints v (6-7) Carolina Panthers

This “is” a must win game for the Panthers. They have been on a losing streak as of late and they need to get things right. They will have to win out, and get help if they want to still make the playoffs.

Can Cam and the Cats get things right on Monday night?
