Google take note. Microsoft just debuted their smaller cheaper version of the Surface Pro. It was a move to compete with the iPad and Chromebooks. But Google could have made a splash had they made a similar move.

Imagine a pixelbook with a detachable keyboard priced just right. And by just right I mean that $399 range. Put in a capable processor that can truly hold its own. Put with it a display on par with the Samsung Chromebook Pro, and 10hrs of battery life and I see a device that will grab quite a buzz.

This could be a case of envy wishing it would have been Google who’d announced the Surface Go. Being in the market for a tablet, preferring it be by Google, Microsoft could indeed snag a new customer. I’ll be eying reviews.
