9 years ago I picked up an android phone for the very first time. Having no knowledge of tech, I had to learn this new platform on the fly. After many frustrating hours of searching about whether my new phone would get a certain app, or how to make the transition from the iPhone, it inspired me to want to take smartphone tech and make it easy to grasp for the average everyday person.
