When you think of reliability and great hardware one of the companies that stand out has been Apple. People choose the brand despite the cost because of Apple’s stellar reputation. So it is hard to believe Apple is in the news again for another class action lawsuit as a result of hardware. First was the lawsuit regarding the keyboard on the latest MacBook Pros. Now they are having to deal with a complaint against their watches.
The complaint states an issue with the watch screens being prone to cracking or detaching from the frame. The plaintiffs are seeking 5M in damages stating Apple knew about the issues and did not make it known to the public. The only issues Apple has reported with their Series 0 model were the swollen batteries and the detaching back covers.
